Registration fees:
- Regular Early 300 euro (Up to April 10, 2026)
- Regular Late 350 euro (After April 10, 2026)
- Student* Early 200 euro (Up to April 10, 2026)
- Student* Late 250 euro (After April 10, 2026)
* a copy of student card/certificate is required
Note: Payment of the late fee must be made until May 15, 2026 in order for the extended abstract to be included in the Conference Proceedings and secure a place in the programme.

Cancellation policy:
Participants who cancel until May 15, 2026 receive 50% reimbursement.
No reimbursement for cancellations after May 16, 2026.
