* a copy of student card/certificate is required
Note: Payment of the late fee must be made until May 15, 2026 in order for the extended abstract to be included in the Conference Proceedings and secure a place in the programme.

How to register to IMAEF:
- Complete the Registration Form.
- Pay the registration fee using any of the following means.
- Send a copy of your payment receipt (and student card certificate, if relevant) to imaef@uoi.gr.
- Participants who require an invoice are kindly requested to send an email to maef@uoi.gr with the full invoicing details (name, address, VAT number, and any additional required information).

Deadline for inclusion in the Meeting Programme and Proceedings: 15/5/2026
Please note that sending your payment is a prerequisite for inclusion of your paper to the Meeting programme and proceedings.
Cancellation policy:
Participants who cancel until May 15, 2026 receive 50% reimbursement.
No reimbursement for cancellations after May 16, 2026.
Please note that any bank transfer costs are charged to participants.
